The Purchaser acknowledges and accepts that these Terms form an integral part of any final sales contract that may be established between the Purchaser and B2B Machinery (“Sales Agreement”). If any disparities arise between these Terms and the terms found in any offer, order confirmation, or other document issued by B2B Machinery (“Additional Documents”), the terms outlined in the Additional Documents will take precedence. B2B Machinery reserves the right to modify these Terms at its sole discretion and at any time. Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, B2B Machinery is not bound by any terms and conditions attached to the Purchaser’s purchase order or other procurement documents that go beyond or contradict these Terms or the Additional Documents. These Terms cannot be altered, supplemented, limited, or construed by any customary trade practices or past interactions, unless explicitly included in writing as part of these terms.
