The Maggi System 23 Construction Boring Machine is a versatile boring machine for the construction of cabinets and case goods performing the functions of line boring, construction drilling, end drilling for dowels and more.  It is equipped with a single row of 23 spindles spaced on 32mm.  The quick-change chucks allow for quick boring pattern setup.  The patented spiral depth adjustment system allows for easy and quick setup for the boring depth according to the various drill lengths.  The boring head is rotated from a vertical to horizontal position with a simple pneumatic cylinder and can be set on any angle from 0° to 90°.  Equipped with a 3-meter back fence and flip stops and right and left fold away side fences fitted with mechanical readouts for accurate positioning, the System 23 truly can do it all.

ORIGINAL SAW | 16″ HEAVY DUTY RADIAL ARM SAWS

Powerful Heavy Duty Radial Arm Saw Series.

The Original Saw 16” Heavy Duty Radial Arm Saws are the best in the industry. Featuring 3 and 5 horsepower motors, they are capable of operating in industrial wood cutting environments. Original Saw Radial Arm Saws are capable of a wide variety of wood cutting operations including miter cutting, bevel cutting, compound miter cuts, as well as dado operations. They are a smooth cutting saw that has a rigid feel and are capable of making accurate and repeated cuts. These radial arm saws weigh in at a massive 500 pounds. They are constructed of cast iron and aluminum for vibration free operation. These saws are much more than a radial arm saw. They are a stable cutting platform for many crosscutting and dado operations. Our saws can be outfitted with our OS Series TM extension tables and manual measuring systems for safe support and measuring of your material. Our American made saws are built in our Northern Iowa facility with American castings and motors. There are several blade options for the Heavy-Duty Radial Arm Saw.  These saws use a 16″ carbide tipped blade.  We carry a 40 tooth and a 60-tooth blade for general purpose cutting.  For fine cross cutting, we suggest an 80 tooth or 120 tooth blade.  We also carry a 16″ 120 tooth carbide tipped blade for cutting plastic. Blades are sold separately from the saw.

WEIMA | BEAVER 400 HORIZONTAL WOOD WASTE SHREDDER

Minimize your wood waste and shred you long strips in seconds.

The Weima Beaver 400 Horizontal Wood Waste Shredder is part of Weima’s horizontal single-shaft shredder series that are designed for shredding linear wood waste. This shredder is great for turning solid wood waste into chips. The shredded material is placed into a vibratory infeed conveyor that is the same width as the machine itself. This conveyor feeds the material consistently into the shredder. Horizontal shredders are known within the wood industry and are found in many woodworking shops. In addition to its compact design, the WEIMA horizontal shredders have a low rotor speed, which helps with noise control. This makes it possible for the machine to be placed directly near the woodworking machine rather than under it for the processing of MDF and solid wood. The material to be shredded is fed into a feed channel with the same width as the shredding machine. Material intake is assisted by in feed rollers which transport the material to the rotor. Material in feed operates according to load, i.e. if the shredding roller is consuming too much power, the feed system switches off automatically until the material in the system has been shredded. This procedure is repeated until the parts are shredded. The size of the chips is determined by a screen positioned around the rotor.
